My passion for food began at an early age spending
time in the kitchen with my mom and grandmother cooking Creole and Cajun
dishes. I feel cooking is an expression of life and who you really are.
My Creole heritage perfectly expresses my passion for cooking. Creole;
a mixture of African, Spanish, Indian and European cultures embodies
broad and all encompassing styles of cooking. The result is a distinctive
panache that allows me to produce wide-ranging, unique and flavorful
dishes that keep my family, friends and clients coming back for more.
I completed my Personal Chef training with the Culinary
Business Institute . I’m a Premier Member of the United
States Personal Chef Association. I’ve prepared delicious food for birthday & special event dinners,
holiday parties and receptions over the past twenty years for family
and friends. I include only the best recipes from my collection for my
Personal Chef Service. Give Sevilla’s Savory Solutions a try and
